Repair charges depend on the fault, the parts needed and the lift brand, so there is no fixed price. Our engineer explains the problem and the cost of any parts before replacing them. For buildings with regular breakdowns, an annual maintenance contract (AMC) usually works out cheaper and gives you priority callouts.
